Increasing website traffic and engagement
The objective of this project for Firstpack was to create a visually appealing, easy-to-navigate, and responsive website that effectively communicated the company’s brand and offerings as a one-stop-shop for computer consumables, hardware, and stationery. The new website was designed to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, with clear calls to action throughout to encourage users to contact the company for more information or to request a quote.
Firstpack is a one-stop-shop for computer consumables, hardware and stationery. They are looking to revamp their website to better showcase their wide range of products and services and make it more user-friendly for their customers. The goal of this challenge is to create a website design that is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and effectively communicates the company’s brand and offerings as a one-stop-shop for computer consumables, hardware and stationery.
To approach this web design challenge for Firstpack, we first conducted a thorough analysis of the company’s existing website and gathered information on their target audience, competitors, and the overall market. We reviewed the company’s existing brand guidelines and color palette to ensure consistency throughout the website. Then, we created a sitemap and wireframes to plan the website’s structure and layout, and created a user-friendly navigation. We then moved on to the design phase, where we focused on creating a visually appealing website that effectively showcased the company’s products and services as a one-stop-shop for computer consumables, hardware and stationery. We used high-quality imagery and graphics, and made sure that the website was fully responsive and looked good on all devices. We also included calls to action throughout the website to encourage users to contact Firstpack for more information or to request a quote. Finally, we tested the website on different devices and browsers to ensure that it was fully functional and user-friendly.
